  • All Wildflower products are handcrafted with utmost precision and quality care so that you get the best in terms of style and durability.
  • To give you the best idea of size & dimension, we provide product pictures from multiple angles and with common objects kept inside and against the product.
  • We provide close up shots and a magnfied view so that you can get a sense of fabric, vegan leather, internal lining, and materials used in the product.
  • Once you place the order, our quality team does a thorough check before the product is shipped via our courier partners.

We would like to re-iterate that all these steps are taken so that you can make an informed decision when you shop with us. Please understand that once a product is unpacked, we cannot sell it again to another customer. Hence, we don't support returns and order cancellation requests.

 

In case our product has defect or gets damaged in-transit:

  • Kindly send us relevant images of the issue at info@getwildflower.com within 2 days from delivery date. Do mention order id when you write to us.
  • Our team will inspect the case and get back to you with next steps for a replacement.
  • Please note that we will not be able to offer a return/refund.
  • Depending on where you live in India, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Note that we ship our products from New Delhi.
